PACKAGING + PROCESS
Our standard packaging is included free of charge. It includes our white gift boxes (black in limited sizes), black tissue, black crinkle, black grosgrain ribbon and a handwritten note. We have five standard box sizes to accommodate any selection.
Each gift is packed into an outer shipping carton. Each address is verified before shipping in order to ensure its delivery. 2-Day priority mail is our standard shipping rate. Preselected shipping dates are arranged so that packages are arriving at your discretion.
With $1500 minimum purchase and 2-3 weeks lead time, we will personalize your gifts with a card with your logo and choice of message.
With 3-10 weeks lead time, we can discuss an array of branded products. Our experienced staff will advise and keep your gift on brand and on message, for a branded gift that is perfect for the occasion.
THE PROCESS IN 5 SIMPLE STEPS
Step 1: Introductory Call
We schedule a quick phone call to outline your needs. What is the occasion? Quantities? Brand elements? Price point, quantity and timeline. A lot of our product is online for viewing, but we also shop specifically for the client. So you can choose to browse or simply let us handle it.
Step 2: Proposal
We submit a few options for your approval. We will revise as needed with your input.
Step 3: Estimate
We will send a final estimate for your approval.
Step 4: Production
While we order your inventory, you will send us your shipping addresses. We will verify the address and return any that need any further details.
Step 5: Shipping
Our team will fulfill your packages and ship them out. We will handle any return to sender packages. We will follow up to see how your gifts were received and any feedback for us.
