“My grandmother called our gifts sercies. She would say, ‘I have a little sercy for you.’ It’s a Southern way of saying I love you, thank you, congratulations or it’s going to be okay,” says Co-Founder of Sercy+Co Stacy Mosley.

"Sercy" is a term that has been passed down for the generations rooted in the Carolinas. A sercy is a thoughtful, small, surprise gift. It is the thought behind the gift that makes it so special.  We fell in love with the name Sercy because it is quintessentially Southern - a charming colloquialism, steeped in tradition, for a thoughtful gesture.

"One of the most important things in my life are my relationships" says Co-Founder Andrea Phillips Baird.  "I wanted to create a company that encourages people to say 'Thank you', 'I love you' and 'I see you'."

The company was created to ease the challenge of gifting in a thoughtful, beautiful way.  These gifts are created with the recipient in mind.  They offer personalization for baby gifts, wedding gifts and corporate gifts with the options continually expanding.  They seek out and work with artists from all over the country to create unique and personal gifts.
